This a great machine for serious athletes in Basketball and Volleyball. Both of them used this machine regularly and went on to earn Division 1 Athletic Scholarships in college. My son in Basketball & my daughter in Volleyball. Results with this machine can be seen in as little as 3-4 weeks of use.

With both kids in college, I no longer need this machine at home. You must come pick this machine up. It weights a couple hundred pounds because of it's heavy steel construction.
