Dual Man Over Speed Chaser. The lead athlete sprints stretching the Lightning Cord creating resistance. As the lead athlete gets 30 to 60 feet ahead (depending on how much speed assistance and/or resistance is desired), the trail athlete goes from a slow jog to a full sprint toward the lead athlete.

The stretched cord pulls the trail athlete faster than their normal run. The over speed training increases stride length and a faster rate of motion. The 20 foot Lightning Cord with cover stretches up to 60 feet. Connect all your lightning cords together for 32 feet of cord that will stretch to 96 feet, attach one end of your Lighting Cords to a solid anchor point and attach the other end to your harness. The athlete prepares by moving away from the point of anchor.

The added resistance pulls the athlete faster than without the assistance forcing the athlete to adjust with a faster leg repetition and a longer stride. The use of the Lightning Cord trains the muscles to move at a greater rate of motion. Each time this training is repeated, your muscles remember the faster movements, which create a natural faster leg movement and a longer stride.

This provides a full 30 yards of overspeed training! Great training for an explosive burst of speed! Similar to the Dual Man OverSpeed Chaser but with a shorter 4 foot safety covered Lightning Cord. The lead runner runs forward as the cord stretches and the trail runner bursts past the lead runner.

The drill is then continually repeated. Both athletes are being trained with the lead runner resisted and the trail runner assisted. The Leap Frog can be used for a variety of drills and plyometric exercises utilizing resistance. The Progressive Resistance Trainer provides non-jarring resistance.

8' Covered Resistance Cord stretches to 24' for premium progressive and consistent resistance. Attach one end of the 8' Cord to a sturdy handle and the other end to a harness or belt to create the Progressive Resistance Trainer. Attach handles to each end of the 4' covered cord to create a resistance band that can be used for a variety of upper and lower body exercises.
